Card verified at US$0 at sign-up. Seven-day trial, then US$399 per month for one Reg D offering portal unless cancelled (or unlocked early). No setup fee. Optional filing-agent fees when engaged: Form ID US$49; Form D US$75. AML/KYC, accredited-investor checks, dial, SMS, email and AI calling bill per use on the same card. There are no success fees on capital raised.
Cancel any time from Admin → Billing. The trial ends after seven days or on early unlock. Monthly fees are earned when charged and are non-refundable for partial months. Usage fees are earned when the check or message is run.
Issuer clients cannot register as affiliates. Clients may share a referral link and earn a flat US$100 invoice credit against their own next platform subscription invoice after a referred client's first payment succeeds — credit only, never cash. Partner affiliates (non-clients) have a separate programme (25% of subscription for twelve paid months plus a 5% one-level override). Affiliates cannot earn commission or override on their own Reg D portals — self-referral via matching email, domain, organisation, card fingerprint or billing name is blocked and flagged.
